For many years, we have been working closely with small family-run businesses and workshops in Thailand. Our kapok products are crafted there with experience, care, and traditional craftsmanship.

Thai cushions have been handmade in Thailand for generations. The traditional knowledge of working with kapok and the craftsmanship involved in producing these products has been preserved and passed down over time.

The filling consists of 100% natural kapok. This traditional plant fiber is harvested from the seed pods of the kapok tree and has been used in Thailand for generations to make cushions and mattresses. Kapok is exceptionally lightweight, resilient, and gives our products their characteristic comfort and support.

The durable cover helps protect the kapok filling and is designed for regular use. Its robust construction ensures long-lasting enjoyment of your product.

Our kapok products are particularly easy to care for. To ensure a long service life, we recommend airing cushions and mattresses regularly and fluffing them occasionally. Minor stains can be carefully removed with a slightly damp cloth.
Kapok products should not be machine washed and should be protected from prolonged exposure to moisture. After transportation, a short period of airing may help the natural fibers fully expand and regain their shape.

As each product is handmade, slight variations in dimensions may occur.

A really beautiful mattress! Very well made. I sleep on this every night and after about 2 weeks of getting used to it from a soft mattress, I sleep through the nights, generally need about 2 hours less sleep and I noticed that sitting up straight is easier for me :) I can recommend to everyone!

The cushion looks just like in the photo, has no unpleasant smell, and is comfortable to sit on. Ive only had it for a few days, so I cant yet say how long it will last. One minor issue is that the white company label is attached to the edge of the cushion, right on the side that is facing up when the elephants are placed the right way. It would have been fine if it were on the underside, but now I have to remove it myself to achieve the desired look. For this reason, Im deducting one star. However, if the cushion proves to be durable and doesnt disappoint, I wont change the review. Conversely, if it wears out quickly or I notice any issues later, I will adjust the review accordingly.

I am 68 years old and I enjoy meditating. As I can no longer sit on the floor, I use it on my garden chair and its so comfortable to sit on. I can effortlessly glide into meditation, thank you for such a lovely product! I adore the little keyring you sent as a gift; please thank the lady who made it, its beautiful. I would recommend this cushion to anyone, its very firm and well-made. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged.

I bought this floor cushion as an additional seat for Christmas. It arrived before the delivery date and was very well packaged. The cushion is absolutely beautiful, and the colour is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is very comfortable to sit on and definitely firm enough not to soften or lose its shape over time. Exactly what I was looking for, and Ive just ordered another one as well have many guests for Christmas!

I have now ordered this cushion three times and am very satisfied. The colours are great, and the craftsmanship is excellent. Initially, it had a somewhat strong smell, but it fades quickly. At the moment, I would say I would buy it again anytime. Should my opinion change, I will update the review.

To ensure that you enjoy your new cushion for as long as possible, we recommend that you regularly air or tap out the cushion.

Kapok also loves warmth! Sun or heating will regenerate your pillow all by itself and it will be as fluffy as on the first day.

If your cushion gets a little dirty on a camping trip or while sunbathing outdoors, that's no problem at all. To clean it gently, simply wipe it with a damp cloth and some mild soap or shampoo.

All Thai cushions are stuffed by our manufacturing families directly on site in Thailand with local kapok. The local stuffing technique has been tried and tested for centuries and ensures the consistently high quality of our products.

Mattresses made of kapok are not a high-tech product, but a piece of real nature. Even if the hardness of the mattress may seem a bit hard at first, it is also suitable for daily sleep.

Many customers report a deeper sleep and reduced back pain after a short period of getting used to the mattress.
