I bought this Thai cushion to use as a meditation mat, and Im really happy with it! Its incredibly comfortable for sitting, offering excellent support for my back. The colours are vibrant, and the material feels so soft yet durable. Ive used it every day for a few weeks now, and it hasnt lost its shape. The size is perfect for me, but if youre taller, your feet might hang off the edge when lying down. That said, its still comfortable for short naps. I also love the versatility  Ive used it as extra seating when guests come over. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a multi-use, comfortable mat for floor seating or meditation.
