I purchased this cushion for my meditation practice, and its been a game-changer! The firmness provides excellent support for my back, and I can comfortably sit for long periods of time. I love the versatility of the mat  it can be used for so many things, from sitting on the floor to using it as an extra seat for guests. The fabric feels durable, and the colours are really nice. I was a little concerned about the size at first, but its actually the perfect fit for me. It folds up neatly when not in use, which is ideal for saving space in my small flat. Overall, Im very happy with my purchase.
