I would definitely recommend this! I loved it, and my friend has the same one. Its super comfortable as a relaxation matgreat for sitting, reading a book, or watching TV. The triangular cushion attached to the long mat (its all one piece) is perfect for resting your back while sitting.
I ended up purchasing a wider Kapok mat to use as a guest mattress. Im also trying to find the triangular cushion separately because I think its perfect for elevating your legs or resting your back.
