Since switching to this mattress, our sleep quality has significantly improved. Its important to give your body two to three weeks to adjust to the firmness, but after that, you wont want to go back to a soft mattress.

One of the biggest benefits Ive noticed is that my posture has improved, especially in the lower back area, thanks to consistently sleeping on my back.
