It's rare for me to write reviews, but in this case, I really want to share my feedback. I have struggled with back and sleep issues throughout my life, so Ive been searching for the ideal solution for a long time. In recent weeks, this mattress, combined with walking barefoot or in barefoot shoes and a alkaline diet, has brought me significantly closer to my goal. I adapted to the firmness of the mattress surprisingly quickly, and now I sleep really well on it. I often notice tensions easing during the night, which is more pleasant than disruptive, unlike before. Unfortunately, I must deduct a point regarding the craftsmanship, as some seams have come undone after just a few months, exposing the inner filling.
