I bought this during lockdown when I started doing yoga and mindfulness stuff. Its comfy to sit on and doesnt flatten like foam ones I had before. I love that its filled with kapokits firm but comfy, just right. The seat mat is especially helpful for keeping my legs off the cold floor. Overall, its really well made and worth the price.
