I meditate every morning, and this XL set has made the experience so much more enjoyable. Its supportive, breathable, and looks beautiful in my space. The quilting is thick enough to soften the hardwood floor. Its not too heavy, so I can easily move it between rooms. Totally happy with the purchase!
